We worked with Diego Acevedo as our sales rep, with Adam Engdahl stepping in to assist us when we stopped in last minute outside of Diego's schedule. Both were the nicest of gentleman, incredibly friendly, down to earth, accommodating, and truly listened to our wants and needs for what we were looking for in a vehicle that would also match our budget. Tim Tichich was our Finance Director and made the process of financing our vehicle as painless as possible. The financing part of purchasing a new vehicle can often be incredibly stressful and overwhelming but he went to work for us, got us a great deal, and made everything very easy to understand. Scott Haworth went over accessories with us and was super professional, knowledgeable and low-pressure and Ethan Orrey who was our Delivery Coordinator, was such a fun and pleasant person and made driving away in my Jeep even more exciting and stress free! Resolved my issues right away We bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Traverse that we are happy with but the service after the sale was been horrible. We left the dealership at 8:30 with We bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Traverse that we are happy with but the service after the sale was been horrible. We left the dealership at 8:30 with a dirty interior and exterior and the gas light on. I called Diego on Monday and told him what happened and it was not until Thursday that he called me back and said he could not do anything and gave me the delivery manager's number. Joe was suppose to send me a gas card because I told him the detail is not as important as the gas that I had to put in it. I called the dealership and finally was able to talk to Joe and said I would be at the dealership at 10:30 Tuesday for a detail and gas card. I left at noon with dirty floor mats and no gas card. I went back inside and they said Joe was not around so here I am with no gas card and just drove 160 miles round trip for a cleaning that I could have gotten done for $7.00 at a carwash. More
