While the sales person Dianne is WONDERFUL, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. If I could give it a zero, I would. For the SECOND time, we dropped our car off at the appointment time, W department leaves a lot to be desired. If I could give it a zero, I would. For the SECOND time, we dropped our car off at the appointment time, Wednesday July 31 and were told we would hear from the dealer in 24 - 48 hours. When we heard nothing by Monday, we called. They had not even looked at the car yet. On Wednesday (one week after we dropped the car off) they discovered the problem, said they ordered the part and the car may be done by Friday. Again, no communication. So, we dropped in on Monday to see the status of the car. After a lenghtly wait, we were told that the part was back ordered and should be in on Tuesday - the next day. (I suspect they forgot to order the part in the first place) It is now Thursday. The car has been at the dealership for 15 days. They haven't called, we still don't have our car, and don't know when we will get it. More

Diane is a wonderful human being that happens to be an awesome salesperson. What mekaes her speciail is that she goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I have been buying and leasing cars from her for many years and will continue to do so! I currenlty have a request in that I am hoping she can make happen (knowing Diane, she will either come through or get as close as possible-smile). Thanks Diane! More

The person who sold me the car was wonderful. I really liked her and her assistant. However, the person who did the finance just went to the Lithia finance option, which is the driveway company. It had the highest interest rate yet that is the one that he recommended to me. I don't believe that was good customer service. More
