Three employees sat there on their phones not even looking up. Went to check in and the receptionist told me to get paperwork from one of the guys outside. Went back out and had one of the employees check me in. Left at 10;30. Called at 12:30. was put on hold. Told they would call me back. Called again at 1:30, was told the car would have to stay till 12 the next day. I told the service manager I'm coming down to pick the car up. Put on hold again. He came back to tell me their working on it and it would be finished by 4. Finally left at 5:30 with the car. This was warrantee work changing the front shorty brake lines. I'm a mechanic. This should take app. one hr to complete. More

The sales person Lou was great, and even the sales manager who eventually came to speak to me was understanding and respectful, so this poor rating isn’t about their service, rather it’s about the dea manager who eventually came to speak to me was understanding and respectful, so this poor rating isn’t about their service, rather it’s about the dealership’s business practice. After looking at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for what I thought was a reasonable price, I soon was informed that the price they advertised the vehicle for was in fact $2600 less than the actual sales price. I was told that the advertised price did not include nearly two thousand dollars of “reconditioning fees” and nearly six hundred dollars of “documents” fees. Again, the people that I dealt with were respectful and professional, but that scenario is pretty much the working definition of “bait and switch”. A dealership can include whatever costs into pricing a car that it wants, everyone has a right to try to make their money, however, adding $2600 to the advertised price, at the 11th hour, after I drove almost an hour from Staten Island, into NJ, paying tolls and gas for the round trip, is just bad business. Disappointing. More
