With a smile on their faces and deep knowledge of the car I was looking for, Frankie Ferarro and Jon Addabbo, arranged a test drive and then presented me with the numbers. Within 45 minutes, so impressed with their product, presentation, and commitment to customer relations, I had signed the deal. On Tuesday I came back to the dealership to pick up my new car and once again was very impressed with how the entire team, including Diane Djonovic, respected my needs and timing. I am very grateful to have found this dealership and Frankie and Jon in particular, and look forward to working with them on another deal soon. More
