I had a great experience with this company despite a lot of negative reviews I read on other sites. The salesman, Rick that helped me was patient, kind, and respectful. He wasn't pushy or rude at any time during the process, unlike another dealership I had dealt with recently. All staff was friendly and professionally dressed. I was impressed with the dealership itself- it had a cafeteria in it! And the food was great! Was very clean and spacious. I was offered a fair deal on trading my car in and I feel like the pricing I paid for my 2021 Nissan Rogue was fair as well. They have a lot of vehilces to choose from, which was nice. My only critism is they did a horrible job washing and detailing the vehilce I bought. The inside looked great though, but the outside and doorframes had lots of streaks and didn't look good. Even though I requested it to be washed again. The other thing was there was a stray dog running the property. Though he was friendly, he jumped on my 3 year old and wrapped his paws around her neck. Luckily no injuries, a little bump on the head and mostly just scared. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

I was searching on CarsGuru for a new care and to trade in my old car and I received a call from Impex Auto. They gave me a decent trade in value for my car, but I thought it was worth more :(. However, I found a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport- L on there website that I really liked. I live in Birmingham and I was hesitant about purchasing I car I had never seen, but my sales person Bryan reassured me it was a good purchase. He also sent me the car faxes to that car and other cars that I was interested in. I thought the process would be hard living out of state, but everything was literally done via text, then email, and I did speak to Bryan a few times over the phone. He was very easy to reach and if he didn't pick up the phone, he would call me back as soon as he could. Once I decided to purchase the car, he connected me to the finance manager Victor who was wonderful as well and basically walked me through finalizing the deal. My car was shipped from NC to Birmingham and I thought that process would take long, but it didn't. I paid my downpayment on June 5 and they shipped me paperwork to sign on Thursday. I got the paper work and signed and sent it back to them on Friday. They received it on Monday and I got a call saying my car was being shipped. I got It last night which is Tuesday 6/11. It was a very easy process and I wont hesitate to make a purchase from them again. Oh by the way, my car looks great and rides great so far!! More

I bought a car from them on a Tuesdays, I competed all the paperwork and was supposed to pick it up on Saturday, they called me back Friday and said they accidentally sold the car I bought but there is an the paperwork and was supposed to pick it up on Saturday, they called me back Friday and said they accidentally sold the car I bought but there is another one and it only cost $1000 more. Because I was all ready half way there I continued and bought that one anyway. The car had a tail light that was broke and they provided us with an I owe you that stated they would buy one and ship it to me. It has been over a month now and I call them every 3 days and they keep telling me it’s on back order but can’t provide proof of the order. I called Tesla and they assured me that part is not on back order and they have them in stock 5 Miles down the road from the dealership . They lie, don’t hold their word and terrible customer service More

Finally got it delivered after many complaints and dealing with multiple people. Worst unorganized dealership I’ve ever seen. And to boot..they dropped my vehicle off with the gas light on! Find somewhere else to buy. More

I give them 1 star for there new building. Chris Bruce was our sales person. We found a car we liked and proceeded in test driving it. Came back and set down to have some numbers done. I suggested that I could be the cosigner since I knew I had a better credit score. I checked several of time with Chris to make sure that we were both on the same page on me being the COSIGNER and he said yes. He comes back and present a bill of sale. Everything was fine until I find myself being the Primary buyer and not the Cosigner as I had requested. I brought it up to his attention and he assured me that I was the cosigner. After I asked for him to verify, he brings someone out to explain to me why they put me as the Primary buyer. I want people to understand that this was done WITHOUT my consent. After we went back and forth on this particular car and seeing how else we can get it without me being on the loan, my boyfriend goes with his dad to the bank directly to get a loan and is approved. My boyfriend then gets a call from Chris saying that it has been flagged as an illegal purchase and Chris sent the paperwork through without us finalizing anything. Tried calling Chris to see why he did that without anything being finalized by us and to see how it is illegal. I asked to speak to a manager and he got upset, said he would have his manager call me and hung up the phone. He then text me to say that they can not talk to me as I am not on the loan, funny as I have been on this process from the beginning. Ms. Jennifer (his manager) then calls me and we speak about the issue. She say that it is illegal and that no matter what, it was going to get flagged and that they did everything they can do to help us. We called the bank and it turns out that the dealership was the one who reported it as an illegal purchase not the bank. Crazy! Cant help but wonder if it was because of our ethnicity! Never the less we will be pleased to take our money somewhere else! More
