I already have a Toyota that I had bought used elsewhere and had a question about where to get an owner's manual. This is the worst dealership in history one of the managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and nee managers refused to fix my ac less than 24hrs after I bought my Tacoma and I was delivered the vehicle I paid for in cash with failing brakes and needing over 5k in repairs this is how they treat their disabled customers. Cesar Quiroz was the salesman and he assured me the vehicle had good brakes good trans fluid good plugs and had it's 130k all lies not one of those services was ever performed and it's probable because their shop has 0 record of any of these services ever being preformed and I have receipts to prove it because I had to pay for these services myself.I've spent 5 k in four months just to keep it on the road and they are denying any knowledge straight lying and refusing to help. They are 100% scammers! More

wanted to reach out to you and let you know how extremely disappointed I am in your company. I found a car I liked on carfax and reached out via online chat. I verified price as well as requested p extremely disappointed I am in your company. I found a car I liked on carfax and reached out via online chat. I verified price as well as requested pictures from Diane Rodriguez. She stated she verified with sales manager on price. She then called me and we again confirmed price, model, year and mileage. She stated that she could not send me a picture because it was raining. I asked if she can take a picture from a far. We live in Aurora and it is drive for us to come out. She stated she would I then received 3 phone calls, and two additonal emails from other staff at your location. I never received pictures and so I started to chat again with Diane. She then sent me the picture and I continued to confirm price. Now the price went from $19,999 to over $36,000. I understand that errors do occur, but why wasn't this communicated knowing I was going to come out today to 99.9% buy this? I understand that as a company you don't want to lose money but how does your company not try to try to make things right or possible try to come up with a price that works for both of us? I hired a sitter at the last minute, had to find a way for my daughter to get to work along with my health issues of breast cancer right now. My husband just had a heartattack two months ago and this was a big commitment to us. Our hopes got up thinking that this weekend I will have a car again-mine was just totaled and I even canceled another visit with another dealership because if all went well, I would be driving that Infinity home today. I replied back to the people who have emailed me not one returned and I sent another to deleted my information. Again, errors happen but I am shocked how a company as big as yours would let a sale go without trying to make the best out of it. Communication was poor and this is very disappointing. They were willing to go to impressive lengths to make sure the car was as I wanted it, including letting me put it on a lift to see it from underneath and removing an aftermarket alarm system the previou sure the car was as I wanted it, including letting me put it on a lift to see it from underneath and removing an aftermarket alarm system the previous owner had installed. Everybody I worked with was super helpful, and my sales rep Liz was especially patient with all my questions and asks before leaving with the car. The process was hassle free and much quicker than I've come to expect from dealerships. More

The management is horrendous (Mark Girlich). He was avoiding my calls trying to sell a car I had put a deposit on. That is the point of the deposit, to keep the car you want until you can go in to pick avoiding my calls trying to sell a car I had put a deposit on. That is the point of the deposit, to keep the car you want until you can go in to pick it up. My salesman called me and I asked to speak to him again. All I could hear was frantic screaming towards my salesman (which was the complete opposite of Jack.) He called me back AFTER he sold the car I put a deposit on. I love the service department at this dealer, sales management is complete crap. There is zero communication going on. Save your hard earned money and sanity and take it somewhere else where you are valued. No one deserves this type of treatment whatsoever. More
