I usually have good service here so yesterday was weird. I was told it was going to be a 2-3 hour wait and they would call me when my car was done. Well, after waiting an additional hour, I went up to a com I was told it was going to be a 2-3 hour wait and they would call me when my car was done. Well, after waiting an additional hour, I went up to a completely different service guy about my car since my guy was not available nor did I get a call about my car. I was late for another appointment because they didn’t communicate! Very disappointed More
