I usually have good service here so yesterday was weird. I was told it was going to be a 2-3 hour wait and they would call me when my car was done. Well, after waiting an additional hour, I went up to a com I was told it was going to be a 2-3 hour wait and they would call me when my car was done. Well, after waiting an additional hour, I went up to a completely different service guy about my car since my guy was not available nor did I get a call about my car. Daniel Llamas was amazing, did everything in his power to do the right thing and take care of the customer. One of your associates that helped with the car lines was also amazing, made small jokes for myself do the right thing and take care of the customer.
