We worked with two sales advisors and one of them was fantastic, Brandon K. We were looking for a car under a certain budget and he did the best he could and advised us of a couple that will be ready in fantastic, Brandon K. He didn't try to sell us a vehicle out of our price range, which was a great thing! The other advisor was all about the sale regardless of the price. When we went back to the dealership, we specifically asked for Brandon and advised him of our higher budget. He and his sales manager, Dez, were very helpful in getting a vehicle in our price range, mileage, and condition. Both were very friendly and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout the process. He made the car buying process feel relaxed and not pressured, which is rare. I would definitely recommend working with Brandon at Ricart used car factory. Thanks Brandon for a great car buying experience!! We love the car too! More
