We appreciated dealing with genuine and good folks who did NOT attempt to xx us with inflated interest rates, up-sell insurance scams, extended warra We appreciated dealing with genuine and good folks who did NOT attempt to xx us with inflated interest rates, up-sell insurance scams, extended warranty pitches, etc. They also did NOT pull the ol' "document fee" scam like most other dealers we have encountered where many dealers will slip in another 600 to $1000 to your deal. I was very impressed with Cook Co Ford and they are the ONLY new car dealer I would be even consider sending a close friend or family member to. They also paid more than I was asking for my trade in! Thanks Dexter, Trevor, and the entire Cook County Ford team! More

Their sales team of professionals are always helpful, and they have a no pressure policy. It is amazing to find a car dealership that allows you to just look without anyone bombarding you. Dexter has sold us both of our cars and every time it's like talking to one of our life long friends. His professionalism helpfulness is always the best. The finance department is also so prefessional, its amazing to talk to people that arent trying to fast talk and try to push a bunch of extras on to you when buying the car, they also do no haggel pricing on your purchase which is a relief. The service department and parts are also the absolute best! We have 100% of our service done here and it's worth the drive to Adel. We will always use Cook Couty Ford. More
