If you want to interact with a non-pushy sales person who actually cares about choosing the right car for your lifestyle and budget, Dexter is your guy. He was also incredibly patient with me as I was quite undecided. But he gave me my space and time to decide as I am the type of person that needs to internalize options before pulling the trigger. To my surprise, he did not push me to purchase same day which I appreciated as I don't like to be pressured; purchasing a car is a huge decision. He was also transparent in his interactions with me. Thank you, Dexter for your patience and guidance throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family since my experience was so pleasant. More

Dexter Gordon was my HERO Fletcher Audi - ZERO; Buyer beware This is my honest experience: I purchased a used VPO 2017 My sales person Dexter was PHENOMINAL and he continues to impress me. Soulfully, besides This is my honest experience: I purchased a used VPO 2017 My sales person Dexter was PHENOMINAL and he continues to impress me. Soulfully, besides falling in love with this vehicle and its configuration, Dexter's Gordon as a professional held the BEST communication and follow-through above any sales person I contacted. He was the ONLY reason decided to purchase and shopped Fletcher Audi. A little about the sale; I live in Atlanta, that's almost 12 hours away. I contacted FJ-Audi, and from the moment we spoke, he immediately recognize the importance of the sale but also the importance of assuring the customer experience was solid because as he advised me, I became committed to the sale. My experience with the dealership and I'm assuming is not the only one - was not very admirable. When I arrived I found my vehicle in the downstairs parking lot. It was smudged, had white spots and smears on the paint and inside the doors and steering wheel of the vehicle. I had to ask - is this how a vehicle is delivered in Chicago? My sales man literally had to run down the detailer and beg him to come back and wipe the smudges spots and smears off. Dexter had to call him back 3-4 times because he did such a nonchalant job the my salesman Dexter ended up doing it himself!? So.. now after buying a New/Used CPO its supposed to be the best thing since Austin Martin decided to make an SUV ... and you take it all in the first time and - you smells WET-DOG. I asked the dealer to please change the cabin air filter because it didn't smell right and was told I'm smelling things - its the leather cleaner... Really!? but dog hair is flying out the vent? I have to hang 6 air fresheners to address the wet-dog odor. I was told later on, It was probably due to be changed but probably didn’t get changed if the Inspector didn’t think so, and the dealer isn't going to change it because its not easy to do and is expensive?... My thoughts are if its wasn't easy to do get to - then its probably did get done. I,E The cabin smells like an animal was kenneled in it... but for the Customer’s-sake should have been addressed as a courtesy due to the missed opportunity to impress earn my business. they refused and said Id have to do it myself - but that probably because I came from out of state and couldn't sit around and insist they treat me like a "valued customer" Secondly, the reason for this review is my hurt and disappointment. I am appalled at the condition of the front end and the absolutely atrocious – but ridiculously and horrifying paint job that was allowed to pass their facility inspection as a CPO vehicle, but not caught by the technicians or body shop after intake’ the vehicle. There was double paint on the sensor and with the LED lights in their downstairs facility you cant see the blemishes unless your in natural light. The major issue is that the sensors are covered with paint and now need to be replaced. The paint and over sprat inlays the sensor housing so if it needs to be replaced or repaired you automatically need a new paint job because removing the housing damaged the paint on the surrounding area. The - Fact that such an issue was not caught and permitted to slide is embarrassing and degrading to only the dealership but affects the customer and compromises their intelligence as professionals who boast’s their exemplary standards. This oversight impacts not only the esthetic and honesty of the vehicle but also the safety of the client and business it represents! I now have to have the entire sensor panel replaced as well as repaint the entire front end to bring it back to factory spec or original standards. How did a Sr. Technicians allow this vehicle pass for a CPO, without properly addressing these MAJOR ISSUES? At the rate of their accreditation both he, and your dealership have distinguished and prides itself – and still, allowed your "valued customer" to leave YOUR facility with a CPO’ed vehicle that was not thoroughly inspected or permitted to pass inspection? As a I will need to appropriate new parts and pay for additional repairs to ensure the my vehicle is brought back to its desired original manufactured CPO specs. Buyer be aware A CPO is still fair game too. But I specifically purchased halfway across the country because I trusted the accreditation as well as it being a CPO guarantees I get a vehicle that is as close to new/original manufacturer specs and should ensure piece of mind. Ironically that didn't matter to the service center at FJ'Audi dealership. I trusted the repour of their technician and because Audi itself has represented a significant brand identity and experience for owning one. I am not being treated as such, I would expect this from a second hand dealer -- a Honda or even if I purchased the vehicle from a BMW dealership who didn't sell Audis - but NOT from the Authentic Dealership - they should be more tedious and meticulous to meet their standards - which is why I trusted FJ-Audi to buy the car from. I have no comments left I am not happy with the experience I had nor am I please with the purchase I made. I will be posting my honest opinion wherever and whenever I can - this should not happen!
