Everyone from Ana Lima, my salesperson to Matt Lingerfelt, the finance guy t and, obviously, am very happy with the dealership and the people there. I'd recommend him to anyone who plans to shop for a car there. Why I gave the Lexus of Sarasota only four stars, is by the time you get to Jaden, you can be worn out. This is my third Lexus. This last one, came with a totally different dashboard. By the time you have Jaden get to this you're worn out and can't absorb it well. Maybe if might be good idea to work out simple diagrams of the dash, and other matters that will be a place to to take notes on, and make it easier to learn.to help you transition until you have time to read the manual, etc. I think it would easier on Jaden, too...nice guy. I want to thank the cookie lady. She makes really good cookies. More
