I purchased a car and rode in it for 3 months before they told me the deal didn’t go through with the bank so I had to return the car and start the buying process all over again then when I got the car it ha told me the deal didn’t go through with the bank so I had to return the car and start the buying process all over again then when I got the car it had 2 bent rims so when I told the manger they said they couldn’t do anything about it so I got stuck with a 2000 dollar repair bill I have to pay out of pocket if they didn’t have my credit ran already I would’ve never went back in the first place the manger that was dealing with my problem got fried and the next manger came in was all clueless on the whole process even tho I had eye witnesses there this dealer is a 0/10 do not recommend again More

Wasn’t even going to come in but had heard about the great service and decided to give it a try. When I arrived and they told me what I was up against, I offered to cancel and/or come another day in the future when I could build up my credit and get what I truly wanted. Well let me tell you, not only was I able to get full approved for a vehicle, but it was a brand new 2023! I was hoping for something used and they worked their magic and I received the gift of a lifetime. I strongly recommend not just Bannister Ford, but the MARLOW HEIGHTS location. I’ve never received better service at any car dealership. Thank you guys so much ! More

I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. In general, the staff were poorly trained in their jobs - or worse, maybe they are intentionally this bad. I pre-ordered a vehicle and paid a deposit In general, the staff were poorly trained in their jobs - or worse, maybe they are intentionally this bad. I pre-ordered a vehicle and paid a deposit. The staff somehow "lost" my order and either never placed the order or didn't attach my name to the order. After 20 months they finally offered me a similar vehicle to the one I ordered. Upon delivery they then tried to add $2800 to the price. It took 5 hours of back and forth, but they ultimately did give me $2500 towards the difference. Again, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
