Horrible experience. I was upfront about what I was wanting to spend and even showed internet price that I saw. I informed sales person of internet price before even look I was upfront about what I was wanting to spend and even showed internet price that I saw. I informed sales person of internet price before even looking at the car. I was not informed about the internet price having to do with qualifying discounts till he laid the paper down and it was 10k more than what I was budgeting. I also told them multiple times I didn’t want to finance through them and was pre approved through my bank and kept getting the runaround and was being shown prices way out of my range even after I told them no multiple times. When I said I was going else where was asked if I looked at any of there other cars. I repeated myself so many times. Definitely felt like it was only about making a sale and not my best interest. More

From the moment I walked in, Devonte Myles made the entire process a breeze. He was incredibly patient and worked with me on my budget, making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. We were there all day, but at no point did we ever feel rushed. The truck we had our eye on was still being worked on, but Devonte went above and beyond to get it out so we could see it. He even stayed late the next day just to make sure I could pick it up. The customer service here is next level! Devonte’s attention to detail and the thorough information he provided every step of the way was invaluable. He truly made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I can’t thank him enough for his help and guidance throughout this whole experience. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family, and I’ll be returning in the future for anything else I might need. More
