I would like to share my experience with the dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them, but I have encountered difficulties in receiving service and assistance. It appears that I am no longer welcome at the dealership, despite still being a customer. I have reached out to Ford corporate to address my concerns regarding the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with both the sales and service departments has not met my expectations. I have hired a lawyer to go after the dealership as well as ford. Stay clear or they will scam you too! More
