Devon , Provided us with A-1 consumer service, despite the oversight by the franchise department. I didn't get the $500 military discount because we didn't go through Honda for franchising. D Fields would not work with us. Upon leaving a gentleman in a suit (manager) stopped us in the parking lot and gave us what we wanted. He was very nice and worked with us.
