We experienced a lot of “mistakes” by the staff while shopping and buying our car. 1) The price written on the car was several thousand dollars below the actual price…oops. 2) There were 2-4 sales people shopping and buying our car. 1) The price written on the car was several thousand dollars below the actual price…oops. 2) There were 2-4 sales people waiting for customers but there were only 2 finance people and we had to wait almost an hour to do our paperwork…no lunch for us. 3) We purchased a protective package that had to be installed at a later time. When I showed up to drop the car off, they had set the loaner and appointment up incorrectly and acted like it was my fault and made me feel like a burden instead of a valued customer. While we absolutely LOVE our new car, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More

Our salesperson Brian was professional and helpful. He took our deposit to hold the vehicle until we arrived. He helped us, naive out-of-towners, through a test drive. He brought someone from detailing took our deposit to hold the vehicle until we arrived. He helped us, naive out-of-towners, through a test drive. He brought someone from detailing to spot the carpet and seat for a couple minor issues. When one of the keypads did not seem to be operating properly, he took it to replace the battery and investigated the situation to find that it had been swapped with the keypad of another vehicle, saving us both headaches and time. He also helped us with the phone interface with the vehicle. He had prepared much of the paperwork in advance saving time with Devin the business manager. Devin was also helpful in completing the paperwork quickly and explaining the warranty options. We were pleased with the experience. More

Steve who was the lot salesman was nice enough but didn't give a whole lot of information on the car that wasn't already on the website. I think Devin was the manager who I really didn't care for.
