Open during Covid-19 pandemic with decent health precautions Jose helped me buy a new car at Lithia during the beginning of the pandemic as other dealers were closing shop. To reduce the risks, Lithia switche Jose helped me buy a new car at Lithia during the beginning of the pandemic as other dealers were closing shop. To reduce the risks, Lithia switched to at-home test drive and delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was disinfected with Lysol, and the sales rep was wearing gloves and respecting distancing as much as possible. Maybe Jose should also have worn a mask but those are impossible to come by and will require social adjustments especially in the sales department, and is not (yet) recommended by the CDC. I feel they did the best they could on my end to avoid contamination. Hopefully they do the same in house to protect each other but I would not know. It is up to you as the buyer to wear gloves too and a mask depending on how much you desire to respect the CDC recommendations. I liked the interaction with Jose. He was very helpful and courteous. I was given the advertised online sale price of the car, and the team helped me figure out payment methods that worked out. All that was done on my driveway and I am very happy to have a working vehicle in these uncertain times. I wish the best to Lithia, and I hope their service department is as friendly and professional as the sales. More
