Our sales person Kevin Li was great, he tried very hard to make our experience a good one. The rest of the dealership leaves a lot to be desired especially management. Our minivan was delivered to us fil to make our experience a good one. The rest of the dealership leaves a lot to be desired especially management. Our minivan was delivered to us filthy. The carpets and seats had not been cleaned, there was still food and garbage from the previous owners in the car, even the windows were not cleaned properly, and the smell, there was this funky smell. My husband and I spent a combined 15 hours cleaning the vehicle ourselves. There were other things wrong with the vehicle when it was delivered as well, but I don't want to write a book here. I wrote a letter to the used car manager, sales manager and general manager regarding the condition the vehicle was delivered to us in and never got a response from one of them. Kevin did take care of the smell when I had to take the vehicle back in to have the new door panel, that I had to source and order, installed. And he did see to it that I was reimbursed for the door panel. As I said in the beginning Kevin did work hard to try and make me happy but in the end when management can't take the time to acknowledge a letter written to them, that is just plain rude. Apparently management doesn't care if their customers are happy or not because overall I am not happy with this dealership. You know what they say: a happy customer tells a friend, an unhappy customer tells the world. More
