Deven was very conversant in the new Corvette I purchased, and patiently walked me thru all the features and details of operations. Fantastic overview, very patient. However, this car required a long lead time; the communication between GM and Holz broke down at a critical stage in the transaction process and I was left on my own to spend several hours sorting how to remedy an unplanned delivery of the vehicle. I was also handed off to the wrong person / department when it came time to pay for the car, creating more confusion as I received several phone calls and emails from people that shouldn't have been involved who were asking questions that weren't relevant to my purchase. Overall, great car knowledge. Need to tighten up the back-end processes to improve customer experience. More

Our experience with Holz Motors was great. My daughters car needed to be replaced. We found what we wanted at Holz. My daughter noticed a few days later that there were chips in the windshield that we did not see at the time of purchase. They fixed the chips and even filled her gas tank for having to make a hour trip to have it done. They were great and would recommend Holz Motors. More
