The service I get from Parks Ford is always outstanding. My service advisor Marc is always patient on answering any questions I have and really takes the time to explain the issue. My Service Agent Cynthia Kraner has been very nice and helpful over time, including over multiple visits to Parks in WC in 2023 and 2024. She goes the extra mile to satisfy her customer's asks as well as helpful over time, including over multiple visits to Parks in WC in 2023 and 2024. She goes the extra mile to satisfy her customer's asks as well as the vehicle's needs. She is a good listener and is adept at handling various scenarios for her customers inclusive of management of service appointments, parts needs, and organizing customer conveniences(i.e. rides, late pickups, last-minute asks) while also being great at follow-up. I also wound up meeting with manager Destin Laquerre in light of my rather complex car 'system failure' situation (AC in this case had intermittent issues that presented several challenges given the condition of components ~ ! think both electrical and mechanical ! ~ which ultimately were overcome given findings by Parks techs who dug in!). Destin is super as he's level-headed and has what I'd call an almost innate understanding concerning customer's real needs/perspectives in association with their vehicle troubles needing to be put to bed! My significant other and I appreciated how he truly listened to his customer's side of things and then proceeded to bring in needed expertise to get our Taurus' ongoing issue worked to an end. I also met Jeff Wilder from the Parts group. This was thanks to my dropping a luckily discovered part breakage concern (not down to Parks) onto agent Cynthia, and, she dispatched Jeff right to me. He was very quick to help and determine both what the true part needed was and what it would cost. He nicely worked with the agent to organize getting that item in timely fashion including getting its installation dovetailed into an already in-progress work job (AC system work as mentioned above). Effort appreciated! A level of patience is needed when it comes to auto work ~ we ALL need to continue to practice that especially these days ~ but to end here I'd like to say all in all the experience at Parks was particularly good. I mean the team works very well together at Parks Ford and we sense there truly is a solid focus on customer care at this shop.
