When we present financing, our goal is to give every client clear options so they can choose what best fits their budget and comfort level, understanding that final interest rates and terms are always set by the banks and lenders themselves based on factors such as credit profile, vehicle, price, loan amount, and overall risk guidelines—not by the dealership. In the same way, products like extended warranties, GAP coverage, and other protection plans are offered as optional tools to help reduce the financial risk of unexpected repairs or loss; they are meant to give peace of mind and additional protection, not to be forced on anyone. Our team’s responsibility is to explain these options and their benefits clearly, answer questions transparently, and then respect whatever decision the customer makes—whether they choose to add these products or decline them. We aim to be transparent with all pricing, including vehicle price, fees, interest rate, and optional products. A full breakdown is always available to customers as we move from preliminary estimates to final paperwork. If you felt you were not provided with clear, itemized information, that is something we take seriously and will address in our internal training. Interaction in the Dealership While you state you remained calm, our team’s account is that the conversation became increasingly heated, with raised voices and language that made staff and other customers uncomfortable. Our staff is trained to remain professional, even in tense situations, and to disengage when a discussion is no longer productive. In this case, the request for you to leave, and the mention of contacting authorities, was made only after the behavior was interfering with the normal course of business for other clients and our staff. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from this situation and will use your feedback to continue improving our communication and customer experience.
