This dealership has been nothing short of an embarrassment for a service dept. in SERIOUS need for new management my car has been damaged and no repair for what was broken. My car has seat bar issues and this dealership never found it upon inspection. I totally dislike bringing my car there to be serviced. Slow, slow, slow There’s ALLOT of improvement needed at this location!! Sad for the customers. I will never purchase another car here just because of the service department!! It’s like night and day compared to how the service is with my Toyota and my Volvo dealership… More

My experience was fine minus having to wait 3 months for an appointment. The wait caused damage to the part that needed replacing and it became a problem with the warranty.
