Our salesperson went out of his way to show me the options available in the model I was interested in and I felt the negotiation process was direct and succinct, which I appreciated. My purchase process went into after hours and never once was I pressured to hurry up and felt all pertinent information was communicated, even the time to connect my phone to the car.
