Well over the past 40 years I have bought numerous cars most of the time I dread going to a dealership and dealing with the sales people I came into your dealership and that Carl White I was very shocked w most of the time I dread going to a dealership and dealing with the sales people I came into your dealership and that Carl White I was very shocked with the professionalism the product knowledge that he had and he asked me quite a few questions As far as what kind of vehicle I was looking for how I was going to use it it made the whole buying experience exceptional something I wasn’t used to when I took delivery of my car he took the time to show me how to set everything up which was exceptional because there’s so many new gadgets in these cars are hard to understand in about a few days after the sale he called me to see how everything was and check up on me asking me if I had any questions if there was anything He could do For me I told him I was taking on a trip for my birthday with my girlfriend a couple days before my trip he actually called me to tell me happy birthday I cannot believe he remembered a couple days later I proceeded to call a few of my friends telling Them about my experience Mainly it was the ones who did not even call me on my birthday but the car salesman did Carl White so I’ve been passing the word around about your dealership and Carl White so whoever reads us I think you should take him to lunch and tell him how much you appreciate him because he is definitely an asset to your firm Once again thank you Carl More
