Bait and switch dealership. One price was advertised and presented in sales and financing, another price $10K higher was actually placed on my contract. I tried to work with Derrell Pinnock to resolve this, however on multiple occasions he promised follow ups and failed to follow up. He dodged my calls until I contacted the GM of the dealership, and only after this contact did he respond to me. He actually told me I was charged $4,000 for floor mats and keys. Ridiculous scam dealership and dishonest team. Look elsewhere, anywhere. Can't be worse than this dealership. More

I drove to this dealer after they advertised a vehicle for one price on Autotrader and then found out at the dealership they wanted to add on several thousand dollars for a "loyalty" package that is manda for one price on Autotrader and then found out at the dealership they wanted to add on several thousand dollars for a "loyalty" package that is mandatory. They said it was to reimburse them for work they put into the vehicle. I heard several other potential buyers at the dealership say the same thing regarding their advertised price versus the price in the actual dealership, a classic bait and switch tactic of sleazy dealers. The vehicle also had a warranty sticker on the window but when I mentioned that they said that it wasn't correct (I have a photo of it). Once I negotiated my vehicle and got it home (via trailer) the second time I drove it the transmission went out. I called the dealership immediately and no one returned my call until the following Monday. I asked to return the car due to bad faith since their website says "All used cars on our lot have been inspected to ensure that you are getting the best car for your investment." They would not allow me to return it and have offered no other remedy other than I could trade it back in to them (at a loss) for another vehicle. I've emailed and called multiple people (including the general manger) over twenty times with no solution. More

Robert was extremely kind and helpful. My mom and I got to the dealership pretty early; but Robert was kind enough to let us sit in his office until the director came in. My first impression of Toyota of Richardson has been 0/5 stars; the used sales manager was extremely disrespectful & my time and money were not valued AT ALL. I messaged in on the "text message" feature and stars; the used sales manager was extremely disrespectful & my time and money were not valued AT ALL. I messaged in on the "text message" feature and was connected to a sales person (KB), to whom I showed interest in a used vehicle on their lot. I let them know that I was 2.5 hours away & work a full time job, but if I liked it, I would come in for a test drive. They scheduled an appointment for me to come test drive and I was told to ask for KB. We drove in that night (& had to put in $60 worth of gas for this drive), when we arrived for my appointment, KB was not there. The used sales manager (Derrell Pinnock) said he could help, and saw my appointment come up. He left to go find the keys to the car and came back empty handed. He left once again to see if he could find them. Once he came back the second time, he insulted my low budget then tried to sell me something else. Once I asked if I could see the car I drove 2.5 hours to see, he replied with "Naahhhh, that's not going to happen, it might be in service or something. I don't know". We left and made it back home after 11:30 on a work night, without literally even setting my eyes on the car from a distance. I've called the general manager (Brad Clark), and he was supposed to be "finding" the car. I have not heard back in over 24 hours. So I guess this car was pushed off a cliff before my appointment?? I will update this review IF I ever hear back from Brad Clark. More
