I have purchased several Trucks from James Wood Chevrolet with Derek Ward being the salesman making the deal. I get good deals and service at this dealership that is an hour away from my home, must be a good with Derek Ward being the salesman making the deal. Okay so first off we started our vehicle search thinking we would go the Ford route to try to save some money. What an AWFUL experience with that dealership! Both my husband and I looked at each other and s we would go the Ford route to try to save some money. What an AWFUL experience with that dealership! Both my husband and I looked at each other and said what are we doing? We need to go see Derek at James Wood! One phone call and he had the perfect car sitting out waiting for us and it was the one! Derek Ward provides OUTSTANDING customer service, there’s no pressure, he knows anything and everything about the vehicle and will find the answer if he doesn’t, he truly makes car shopping enjoyable again! We both agreed every vehicle we buy we will make sure to call Derek. What is even funnier and a small world is our neighbor was telling us about what an awesome experience they had with a salesman at James Wood. Turns out it was the same guy- Derek! Everyone at James Wood is friendly, helpful, and provides the best experience. It’s honestly a breath of fresh air. The finance guy was also amazing to work with. I unfortunately forgot his name but he was super knowledgeable and helped us out a ton! So thankful for James Wood!! More
