Very pleasant experience with the salesman, Derrick Wing and F&I guy, Brad Cox. Most car dealerships have the wolf pack mentality which is a huge turn off! I found this dealership to be laidback and eas and F&I guy, Brad Cox. Most car dealerships have the wolf pack mentality which is a huge turn off! I found this dealership to be laidback and easy to work with. I also checked out the service department and was impressed with their customer service, I plan to make the hour and fifteen minute drive for my scheduled maintenance. I like the fact this dealership is not one of conglomerate corporation type dealers. More

Not a smooth sale. Called and brought back vehicle multiple times under a promise from the sale it would be fixed to now have to bring the vehicle back a 3rd time. Went to dmv and was told the dealership has it. If you want inconvenience of calling and running around, this is the dealership to go to. Will tell you whatever you want to hear to get a sale and once sale is made they don't go out of their way to make it easy or care to complete agreements made. More

Derrick Wing responded to my request for info on a Saturday evening, negotiated price/deal on new car and trade in that night. He promised to keep to pricing (granted my trade was everything in the pi Saturday evening, negotiated price/deal on new car and trade in that night. He promised to keep to pricing (granted my trade was everything in the pictures) and make the process quick. He stuck to his word and we were in and out within 1.5-2 hours (detailing took the longest-not his fault only 1 guy on a Sunday). Thank you so much! More
