Hudson Ford has the worst service department in western Wisconsin. We had an appointment to have struts replace per their recommendation. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance. Come time to drop Wisconsin. We had an appointment to have struts replace per their recommendation. The appointment was scheduled a week in advance. Come time to drop the car off Derek was rude to my wife asking for what specifications needed to be replaced. The have the vehicle records at their fingertips, but instead of doing some simple research he proceeded to be rude. At the time of the phone call to schedule the appointment we specifically requested a loaner comparable to what she drives, 2022 Ford Escape. The offered her a Tahoe or F150. She left the dealer in tears without a loaner or the necessary service that the vehicle needed. Hudson Ford boast that they are the largest Ford dealer in Wisconsin. It’s too bad that their employees and service center cannot handle their claim as being the largest Ford dealership. The should focus on being the best instead. I own three Fords, two were purchased at this dealership. I will never do business agian at Hudson Ford. More

I brought my stable in. I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle tire seal. Dylan's Service Team along with Tucker and himself were honest and up front with every issue. I received a text message with video of what was wrong with my vehicles. It was kind of fun to see what they are seeing and have a better understanding of my vehicles and feel a different part of ownership with that knowledge. I would recommend Hudson Ford's service department for any EV issue or ICE car. They have an on-site expert EV tech and have chargers available. Every EV owner can trust this Team. Thanks Hudson Ford!! More

I bought a large vehicle from them in may. Since then I have had to get my vehicle serviced twice. The first time I was told two days and it took a week for the service. This second time I made a service appointment a month ahead of time. I called the day before to talk to the advisor about the three things I needed looked at. I also needed a rental car. I arrived the day of the appointment and there was no rental car. The service department is terrible. No one seems to know what’s going on. I also use quick lane and I have not had an issue yet. I would avoid the service department. More
