I bought a car that they did the minimum service on. I knew that the AC needed charging and didn't mind if it was added to the price of the car. They didn't even try to fix the problem or offer to servi I knew that the AC needed charging and didn't mind if it was added to the price of the car. They didn't even try to fix the problem or offer to service it. I'm a 65 year old disabled man with a heart condition and AC in Georgia is a necessity. The front tires have punctures on the sides and they didn't say if they checked the coolant. I have bought a car from John Thornton before so this is why I came back....... big mistake. No even contacted me from my calls to get service that I am willing to pay for. I know the car was bought"as is" but I expected better from John Thornton. I can't recommend anyone to purchase from John Thornton because I'm not satisfied with my purchase and no one seems to care. The name is Vance Thomas and I'm at 5997@comcast.net or 404 933 6560......... I'll be waiting and waiting and waiting and............ waiting. More

The lady that dealt with me when I bought my car out right kinda seemed alilttle pushy and when I called back after the purchase, which I’m happy about, I talked to her again about HOW MUCH IT’LL COST t right kinda seemed alilttle pushy and when I called back after the purchase, which I’m happy about, I talked to her again about HOW MUCH IT’LL COST to get a diagnostic done cause I was having a small issue with the navigation and she kept trying to “remind” me it was as is, insinuating I was trying to get it done free. My air doesn't work and my tires are bald. I'm 65 years old, disabled and on a fixed income so I thought these things would be taken care of....... hello Georgia/Air conditioning. As for the tires, they're pretty much gone and have stab/ cuts on the sidewalls. I bought a car from John Thornton before so this is kinda why I came back........ now I'm having second thoughts. As for Ernesto, he was great you need more like him. I don't have a lot of money and I wanted a decent car to get back and forth to my doctor appointments, I go quite often. I hope and pray the car holds up as long as possible. Anyway, I guess it doesn't really matter what I say at the end of the day I'm stuck with getting the tires and AC repairs.......if I can afford it. More

This dealership turned out to be a huge disappointment. I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection for a Mazda CX-5, but they assured me that it had already passed a 176-point inspection and we are in busin I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection for a Mazda CX-5, but they assured me that it had already passed a 176-point inspection and we are in business since 1957, so there was "no need to worry." They even gave me written assurance that I could return it within a week if any faults were found. To be safe, I still went ahead with an inspection from a well-known service center with over 20 years in business. They found issues, but the dealership completely dismissed the report and only offered me the option to trade it in or sell it. I even had the car inspected by an official Mazda service center, which confirmed a transmission issue. Despite this, I was forced into a trade-in with a depreciation deduction. The entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. More
