I made an appointment a week in advance, sat and waited 45 minutes at least before my truck even got looked at , and I asked for a complete inpspection , I was told “we will see what we can do” , I didn’t 45 minutes at least before my truck even got looked at , and I asked for a complete inpspection , I was told “we will see what we can do” , I didn’t get my truck back for almost 2 hours, and they didn’t do what I asked , didn’t give me a check sheet with what was good or bad I get the truck back and it’s low on transmission fluid I ask if they have an recommendations they say no all the filters are ok as there’s a message on the dash saying change fuel filter , all around a terrible experience and I’d like a refund More
