I had to take my first review down because Google won’t allow me to write my second review so here it’s. Last week, I received their RSVP Private Range Rover Event Invitation in the mail, inviting me to c allow me to write my second review so here it’s. Last week, I received their RSVP Private Range Rover Event Invitation in the mail, inviting me to come for free multi inspections, a presentation gift and a chance to win a prize. I was interested so I booked my appointment and came here today. Honestly, I was a bit nervous to meet Derek because I was told Eduardo wasn’t working there anymore since I met her last fall for my oil change, coolant flush and refill with new coolant plus all the multi inspections which passed. She was courteous and had a great interaction with me regarding my questions about my Range Rover features which overwhelmed me after purchasing my Range Rover at the Land Rover Dealership in Rockland. However I saw Derek across from her desk. This morning, I met Derek at his desk and instantly, he greeted me with courteous interaction. Later, Derek presented me with cute gifts along with a guy (I completely forgot his name, Sorry) who works in the mechanic shop and brought me to the shop to show me underneath my Range Rover which was lifted up (I was thrilled to check underneath!) and checked my Pirelli tires which looked superb! Very impressive! He explained that the air filters needed to be replaced (I knew they reminded me of that last fall) and vacuumed the dust out of the inside of the cartridges to be cleaned. I was pleased to tell him to go ahead and do it. After completion, I was told to go back to Derek’s desk to pay the final costs and leave. At the end, I was pleased to have had as great interaction with him. I will definitely come back to Derek for my next appointment in the future! Derek, Thank you! More

The service team is amazing! ! The way they greeted me, provided me a loaner same day, diagnosed the issues SAME DAY. They were able to fix the issue the same day and next day my ! The way they greeted me, provided me a loaner same day, diagnosed the issues SAME DAY. They were able to fix the issue the same day and next day my car was ready for pick up. They were fast, efficient and made sure to follow up the next day to ensure my car was driving as it should. Derek was the service advisor assisting me and he was super communicative and helpful. I will definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs service on Land Rover / jaguar vehicle! You will not regret it nor be disappointed! They aim to please and always inquiring how they could do better. More

Very difficult to make a service appointment. I never received a call back from 4 messages left on The automated message system. The Wait for availability of loaner is too long.
