It as an 8 week process and there was no communication. I reached out several times and told “I’ll call you back in five minutes”. 3 days later no call even though I left messages. Alyssa immediately picked up our call and quickly found us the exact car we were looking for. We had very specific needs for the car we were looking for and we also had specific pricing goals. Alyssa efficiently worked with her manager and we were provided with a very competitive out-the-door price in writing. They were able to make the best offer, with no hidden costs, and were extremely accommodating in meeting all of our needs. In our subsequent in-person visits to the dealership, Alyssa was simply the best person to work with. She was kind, very knowledgeable, and so helpful when it came to deciding how to finance. We did not once feel any pressure from her and we were happy that she remained the point of contact throughout the entire process. We knew that she was treating us as her main priority during our whole visit and she was efficient and thorough in walking us through the paperwork. What's more, she was so patient with our kids when we brought them in to test drive the car with us and to learn about all the features. She was so patient when she explained all of the technology and features of how to best use the car. She truly helped us feel at home and confident in our new vehicle.
