Their service is horrible! I arrived 7:40am that morning, I do have an appointment. The advisor Tony Park told me Service B will need about 3 hours to complete, I chose to sta I arrived 7:40am that morning, I do have an appointment. The advisor Tony Park told me Service B will need about 3 hours to complete, I chose to stay on site when I booked the appointment because heading back to buckhead(where I live) and back to dealer is a headache with Atlanta traffic and chose to worked in a guest office for about 2 hours. At about 9:40am, I went out to take a break and also wanted to check my vehicle status through the service/maintenance area window, and realized that my car has not even get worked on yet, because it is parked outside of the service/maintenance factory! I also received several emails via Mercedes-Me connect about Battery critical status, they not only left my car out there for 2 hours, but let the flash on, so the battery drained! I talked to the advisory Tony Park, he only said it is not possible and he will check for me, and he went to serve a customer and let me wait for 20 minutes! When I finally had the opportunity to talk to him again, he immediately admitted that the car has not been started yet, but the Mercedes tech team were starting an all-hands meeting at that time, he told me it's 5 minutes, but I had to wait for 20 minutes again for the meeting ended, and some tech had finally started the work. I asked him how long it will take to finish, he said 1 hour, I started to wondering how a 3 hours job can be done in 1 hour. I asked him to bring me a spec/list that all the services are covered by Service B($550). It took him again about 25 minutes to finally bring me the list because he had to serve another customer! I requested to speak to his supervisor, now Derek Nash showed up, and both Tony Park and Derek Nash promised me that EVERYTHING on the Service B list will be completed, no item will be skipped, and it will be done in about 55 minutes(the car also had a recall). I decided to continue to wait at the dealer. When service was finally completed, it was about 12:10pm! My whole Tuesday morning was gone. But the most ridiculous part is yet to come!!!!! I to be honest never carefully and clearly read all the paper work that any dealer give to me in the past, but this time I did. And not ONLY carefully and clearly read all the paper work, I also compared it with the Service B list Tony Park provided to me, and you know what? The so called Service B, which is a $550 package, the only actual thing they did to my car, is oil change, that's it(there are few checks, yes, but no any other actual work)! The items like brake fluid change on the Service B list, was not done! I ask Tony, and this time he said, and please remember this, and I quote "we(the dealer) only do minimum, the list you have is Mercedes list, recommended list, but not required, we(the dealer) only do minimum, if you want everything on the list, you are looking at $1000". WHAT THE *****???!!! Then why you call it Service B? Why don't you just call it oil change??????????? And why it needs 3 hours!!!!!! Anyway, now Derek Nash walked in again, and VERY "generously" said will give me a "discount" and only charge me oil change, which is $190, a 5-hour-$190-oil-change, so generous! Big thank you Derek Nash! Lesson learned! I am sure I will not do any of my services anymore here. But next time anyone else do service here, don't trust any of their words, just do oil change, and if your car needs anything else, dealer will sure let you know! LOL! WOW man, I just cannot believe this, but trust me Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast, there are better ways to make money, not like this! Not like this! And most importantly, other people's time is time! We all have a busy life! Shame on you lie to your customer, and shame on you waste 5 hours of my time! More

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life! First off I think I was scammed out of my money from Mercedes Benz of North East Atlanta. I went to get service on a problem my car had which was a First off I think I was scammed out of my money from Mercedes Benz of North East Atlanta. I went to get service on a problem my car had which was a manufacturer defect on the camshaft. I took my car on 11/18/21 and I requested a manager to let him know about the problem my car was having and to make sure it was cover 100% by Mercedes. The service cashier got Jackson Barron. So I told him my car has a problem which I was told Mercedes will repair it for free and I am here. I showed a video that a guy was explaining the problem and the solution Mercedes are offering. He look at it for one minute and said I know what you are taking about let me get you a service advisor. The he told me Christy Hicks will help me from here. I told her what he said the she looks in the computer and said, they have you down for tires. I told her that’s not what I am here for, I am here for the Camshaft issues with the C250. Jackson said to call him if there is an issue. Then I took her outside and said to her I purchased a bumper trim for my car and it’s the wrong one. I need the one with only one exhaust cut out. She said she will call across the street and see if the collision center has one. She also said she would get s price to install it. I told her that’s ok I will put it on myself. She said she would have them put it in the car and I can pay for it when I pick up my car. The I was told she would need a couple of days by Friday. Then no loaner cars was available. Friday came and she called stating service was back up so Monday. Monday came and she said by Wednesday. Wednesday came and she called stating the car was done. Then she literally called back in 10 minutes stating she have bad news. I asked her what is wrong? She state that the mechanic made a mistake not checking the mileage and my balance is 3,200.00. I asked her for what? I am here for a recall why are you charging me? First off I requested a manager so I don’t have no issues when I come to get my car. He said he know the problem and you all will take care of me. Now why I have to pay. I asked her to have a manager call me and he did not. I called like 15 time before I was able to get a manger and his manager. They stated to me that the mechanic made a mistake he did not checked the mileage. Also it was not a recall it was an extended warranty added by Mercedes but it was for 120,000miles or 10 years and my car have 150,000. I told them that’s fine but I should have known this up front and before you began work on my car. Even If that was the case I need to know so I can decide. I was never told I had to pay. This is not my fault I was upfront with you now you are ripping me off. I did not make any mistakes here. I was offered by Mercedes they can put the old parts back or cut the bill in half. I told the no I’m not paying you can put my old parts back if you can do it in a couple of hours. They told me that they need couple of days. I decline it’s the day before thanksgiving now. Then I was going back and forth them they told me I will not get a 3200.00 job for free. I told them I should of been informed about this before you touch my car. You had 3 opportunities to see my mileage to see if I qualify for having it done. I told you upfront I was here for the recall you called it extended warranty. Then they won’t give me my car until I pay them something . I was so angry when I left Mercedes I end up not noticing the other bumper I purchased not from them they kept it. So they stole my bumper trim and probably sold over. I ended up paying 915.32 to them. When I asked them to bring my car, they could not find my car. When they found my car it was in the mechanic shop. I requested a manger and asked him why my car is in the shop?? He said because he was waiting to see what I will do so he can remove the parts. I said to him I told you do not touch my car. I don’t know if any work was performed on my car at this point. Who knows how much innocent woman they have done this too?? Run fast from this place.
