We purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition Max Platinum with around 66,000 miles from Koons Ford Baltimore in January. During the finance process, we were heavily pressured to purchase an extended warranty with around 66,000 miles from Koons Ford Baltimore in January. During the finance process, we were heavily pressured to purchase an extended warranty with scare tactics like “anything could go wrong.” We declined due to budget constraints. Just 2–3 weeks after the purchase, the vehicle began leaking coolant and had to be towed—highly inconvenient, especially since we were not even offered a loaner vehicle during this time. A few days later, we were informed that a part in the cooling system had failed and would cost $1,500 to repair. Because we had exceeded 1,000 miles since the sale, they refused to cover the repair. They claim to perform a “thorough” multi-point inspection, yet this issue was either missed or ignored. It’s hard to believe such a leak developed out of nowhere. What’s worse, the general manager, Dennis Koulatsos, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He blamed us for not buying the warranty and told my father, “We have to draw a line somewhere.” He only offered a paid Uber ride home as some kind of consolation. Shockingly, he even admitted that if we had “sweet talked” him, he might have helped. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s downright shameful. We’ve been ignored via calls and voicemails, and our Google review has conveniently gone unanswered. This isn’t even about the $1,500 anymore—it’s about the disrespect, poor communication, and lack of integrity shown throughout the process. Koons Ford should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their brand. More

I've bought 2 vehicles from there, and they were great to work with for the sales (no surprise there for a dealership!). My car has been there going on 2 months for a simple bumper replacement and roof r work with for the sales (no surprise there for a dealership!). My car has been there going on 2 months for a simple bumper replacement and roof rack recall in their service and body shop. I have been told 3x now that my car was done, but it isn't actually done. We went to pick up my car, and the recall was not actually done, so we had to leave it. It's extremely frustrating to be told your vehicles done, and ride the 35+ minutes there for it to not actually be ready. I'd recommend the dealership if you are looking to get a vehicle, but not their service center. More

Best car buying experience yet I bought a new Mustang on Tuesday; not my first car at this Dealership [6th]. I went home Monday night thinking that the deal wasn't going to work for I bought a new Mustang on Tuesday; not my first car at this Dealership [6th]. I went home Monday night thinking that the deal wasn't going to work for me at this time; but Steve, Tim, and Derek didn't give up trying for me. Not only did they get the payment where I wanted, but a special thanks to Tom Snyder for going the extra mile to get it lower than expected. I felt like it was a challenge for him to get the best payment possible. Also a special thanks to Khalid Hassouneh for filling in for Steve on his day off. Excellent customer service all around. More

Lowest price & great service. I Came all the way from NY! I wanted a base model Focus ST but here in NY my options were limited and the prices were astronomical. I was about to trade in my boring lease for another boring lease just to stay in my budget when I figured I'd give it one more go. I searched on Cars.com and widened my search to the whole US and to my surprise I found the car I wanted for the price I wanted at Koons Ford in MD. I looked up some reviews and saw that they deal with out of state customers all the time. I saw many positive reviews about Derek Lewis in sales so I contacted him directly. All it took was a few phone calls/emails/texts and a train ride to pick up my car! Couldn't be happier. Thanks again Derek and everyone else at Koons Ford Baltimore! More
