My vehicle wasn't taken in until an hour after my scheduled appointment for a simple oil change. I am a busy professional and my time is no less valuable than yours. "It's late in the day" is not a scheduled appointment for a simple oil change. I am a busy professional and my time is no less valuable than yours. "It's late in the day" is not an excuse for being so behind. This happened with my last oil change as well. Not everyone can get a first morning appointment to avoid this kind of delay. Please have more respect for your customers and schedule appointments appropriately. A few minutes late is understandable, but not an hour. More
