Our experience with DeMontrond started off smoothly but quickly turned into a nightmare that remains unresolved. We purchased TWO brand-new vehicles, and while the initial sales process was okay, what happ quickly turned into a nightmare that remains unresolved. We purchased TWO brand-new vehicles, and while the initial sales process was okay, what happened afterward has been beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Our salesman, Derek Cummins, and Christian Kopeck, agreed to fix a small paint issue and replace the cracked windshield on one of the new vehicles, assuring us it would take a maximum of one day. We brought the car back as instructed, only for a week to go by with no updates. When we reached out to the service department, they had no record of our vehicle ever being dropped off, which immediately raised red flags. After multiple follow-ups, we were told the windshield now needed to be completely replaced, along with a ridiculous excuse for why it was taking so long. Ten days later, Derek texted me saying, "It's ready." My wife then drove across town to pick it up—only to find Derek nowhere to be found, despite being on-site. Worse yet, the windshield hadn’t even been touched! When she confronted Derek, he lied again, blaming the weather—AFTER telling us the car was ready! At this point, we’ve attempted to escalate the issue, but management has completely ignored our complaint and has offered zero solutions to resolve the problem. This dealership lacks integrity, accountability, and basic customer service. They did not honor their word and handle post-sale commitments professionally. We will NOT do business with DeMontrond again. More
