This dealership has the best sales personal. I worked with Dion and Sam, and they are low key and information regarding the different vehicles for sale. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car your great customer service! :) - until the delivery of the car. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car to be re-detailed even then the car had water spots, dust and glue from the stickers. When we brought this to Adam Maat’s - sales manager - attention, he got defensive and argumentative- said that if we were not happy with the car to cancel the contract. It was upsetting to hear this as a new customer thus because of this particular incident and person my trust in Elk Grove Subaru has dwindled hence the 1 star. More
