I've purchased two vehicles from Regional and can say that I wasn't happy with either transaction. Now 9 months later I am even less satisfied. My first transaction several years ago required a transfer that I wasn't happy with either transaction. Now 9 months later I am even less satisfied. My first transaction several years ago required a transfer from another dealer to get the color I wanted, I was promised that the vehicle was the same exact one with the same options and accessories. I asked several times to see the window sticker for the one I was getting but was told no, but not to worry. When it arrived it was the color and trim I wanted, but did not have the accessories I was promised. It was fixed but took several weeks. This year I purchased a new vehicle and traded in a different vehile that had been registered out of state, I told the sales guy Denny that it was out of state and that I didn't have the title, as the DMV holds the title in California until it is paid off, it had been paid off but sent to my old address. Due to the pandemic, it was taking a long time to get a new title issued. I was assured several times through text and email that it would be no problem that they would apply for the title on my behalf and I had nothing to worry about. When I went to finance I told Stephen the same thing and he assured me that I didn't have to worry about it that they would get the title from California and that they do it all the time. Two weeks later I had messages and texts from the dealer that if I didn't get the title to them immediately like I had told them I would that they'd return my trade in to me and that I would have to pay the value that they assigned to the vehicle when I traded it in. The messages sounded very rude and almost threatening, when I asked them about it they told me that they thought I was getting them the title. Luckily the title that I had applied for from California four months before had just shown up so I able to give it to them. Six months later- my new car transmission starts to go out, I called their service department, they can't even see me two weeks and tells me that I can just keep driving it and I can make an appointment to get it seen, I drive it for a few days and it got worse. I took it to Tulsa Hyundai (who had a same day appointment), and it required replacement. I ended up trading the car in at Tulsa Hyundai as I don't want to buy again at Regional, I was in and out of the dealer in about an hour (instead of four hours like it was at Regional when I had an appointment to buy). The first week of November I went to Regional Hyundai with my trade in paperwork and fill out the form to get my extended warranty refunded to me at the prorated amount. It has now been 8 weeks and I have no refund. I have called several times and can never get through, I am always put on hold. I'm owed over $1,000 by the dealership and get the runaround. I inquired today about buying a new car, the salesman told me that he could get that prorated amount applied to my new purchase, when he found out the car I was interested in wasn't available he ghosted me. I could not recommend this dealership any less than I already do. I kick myself for buying from them a second time. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. More

They replaced my engine under warranty, and I've had to have the car towed to them once, and the service manager came to my home a second time and had to have the car brought back in again. The 3rd time it have the car towed to them once, and the service manager came to my home a second time and had to have the car brought back in again. The 3rd time it started making soooo many noises I took it to another hyundai certified dealer service center and not only did you not tighten any bolts down to the point that parts are falling off my car. But you STOLE some things too, like a $810 splash guard. More
