I will never use this car dealer ever again. Had a scratch in the windshield after I purchased the vehicle they did nothing about it. I will pass this on to all of my friends and family. This is one of the worst service experiences at a dealership I have had. I took my vehicle in on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 AM and was told I would receive a call on my car to give me an update. Wedne dealership I have had. I took my vehicle in on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 AM and was told I would receive a call on my car to give me an update. Wednesday late afternoon around 4:30 pm I called to get an idea of an update on my car and spoke with the same service writer that checked me in on Tuesday - he had absolutely no clue on the status of my vehicle. He stated he would call me back that night, and no call. Thursday mid-morning I called again to check on the status of my vehicle, asked for the service writer and was informed by him that I had a different service writer even though he initially took care of me. I spoke with a new service writer and received an update on my vehicle but that they were waiting on my extended warranty. I was told i would get a call back on Friday early morning, again no call. I had called back again Friday and was told of an update on my vehicle. I could pick the car back up for weekend but it wasn’t fixed yet and would need to come back on Monday! I decided to keep the vehicle there since I was told Tuesday (1 week it had been in the shop) it be done. I asked to be provided of an estimate of the work I would need to pay, I was told it would be sent…again nothing. Monday nothing. It took me calling mid-morning Tuesday again to follow up on my car. Was told it was done and that I could pick it up that afternoon. Again I asked for costs, was told it be sent to me within the hour, nothing. I didn’t receive the estimates in my email until 20 mins before the shuttle came to pick me up to get my car. I had 2-3 days of work tops done to my vehicle and I was inconvenienced for a week. The customer service and communication was absolutely horrible. I have received more calls and texts about this survey feedback then when I did have my car at your service department. I have zero intentions of ever coming back to this Jeep dealership. Next time I need to take my Jeep in for service I will go out of my way to avoid this type of experience. More
