This time my son purchased a 2024 HRV with the assistance of Dennis Olmsted; Sales Representative. The assistance given by Mr. Olmsted was excellent as he spent time with my son determining his needs and preferences, resulting in the purchase of the HRV. Mr. Olmsted provided insightful and in-depth information regarding the HRV and made us all feel "at home" and comfortable. This was the most pleasurable car purchase I have ever experienced and I thank Mr. Olmsted and Neil (Finance Department) for providing us with this experience in the manner they did. More

He took the time to do the test drive with me and then a second time with my husband, explaining the functions of the car in detail. He made sure the car was washed, clean inside and tank was full when we took delivery. We had his undivided attention during the entire process. He even introduced us to the dealership owner, Mr. Fisher, who took the time to welcome us and chat for a few minutes. We would highly recommend this family owned business. And thanks to Jonathan Fisher for agreeing with the numbers we wanted! Their teamwork (and the great deal we got) is what ultimately helped us decide on getting another Honda. I first reached out to Ty back in November. I’ve been reaching out to a lot of dealerships in the area to get a great price. After a lot of back and forth, he was able to get a great deal for us. I know he worked really hard with is boss to get us a deal we wanted. Sorry I bugged you so much, Ty! lol. He’s extremely dedicated to his job and he even answered my calls when he was up in the mountains! It was now mid-December and we wanted to get a car soon so we were on a time crunch. When we decided to make the drive to the Denver area, we were considering two cars: the Honda Pilot and the Subaru Ascent. Unfortunately, both the Subaru salesman and Ty were out of the office due to personal reasons. I reached out to the Subaru salesman. He was still very responsive but was out sick. I also called Subaru, but a salesperson never got back to me. Someone at the front desk called me later in the afternoon, but we were already at Honda. On the other hand, the Fisher Dealership was also closed due to a power outage. Ty reached out to me and said it might be back up soon and that he would have his partner, Dennis Olmsted, help us with the car since he was out of the office. The Fisher dealership reopened at around 11am and Dennis set up an appointment with us. Everything went smoothly. Dennis showed us the car and got the paperwork ready quickly. He was great to work with and laughed at my dumb jokes! Neil was the finance dude. He was awesome. Props to him on selling me a warranty (at a great deal). I really wouldn’t have purchased a warranty, so kudos to him for convincing me! He was also fun to work with. He also laughed at my dumb jokes. Also, I’m pretty sure I met the owner, Craig. We were just standing there, and he stopped to make sure we were already being helped. Seems like a cool dude. When we were waiting for Dennis, the dude with a beard came up to us to just chat. Everyone is very friendly there! 
Overall, great family owned business. They seem like they truly care about making their customers part of the family and they’ll take care of you. Also, points for having free lattes in the service area :) More
