Dennis made finding the right vehicle the best experience we could have had. Dennis is easy going, professional, knowledgable and thorough. While we were waiting for Dennis to bring a Hybrid CRV to test drive, Craig Fisher stopped and chatted with us. It is obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his business and relationship with customers. We had similar good impressions of each Fisher employee that helped us during this purchase, including Doc O’Connor and Neil Geist. After the sale, Dennis sat in the car with us to explain all the features and functions of the 2025 Hybrid CRV in great detail. We were very appreciative of his time and patience because coming from 2000 Honda to the new CRV was mind blowing! Dennis even paired our iPhones, got my driver #1 adjustments set up and programmed in several radio stations. He took the time to do the test drive with me and then a second time with my husband, explaining the functions of the car in detail. He made sure the car was washed, clean inside and tank was full when we took delivery. We had his undivided attention during the entire process. He even introduced us to the dealership owner, Mr. Fisher, who took the time to welcome us and chat for a few minutes. We would highly recommend this family owned business.
