I came in the dealership knowing what I already wanted. They showed me the inventory and compared other vehicles and options. I decided to go with a vehicle that was in transit. Kaden showed me the options of the vehicle and what to expect when it came in. The vehicle arrived at the dealership when I was told it would. We went over all the options again. Kaden showed me around the dealership, set up my first service appointment and spoke with a delivery specialist about the features on my vehicle. I have another appointment in 2 weeks to make sure I know how to use the options. Maybe I won’t need it but still, they have people to ask any question after the sale. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle where there’s been any follow up let alone appointments to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. More

Truly shocking experience… not in a good way. We were enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a p enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a price that was *3 times* more expensive per month. This was because they added nearly $8000 dollars in extra dealer fees and add-ons (not tax and doc-fees). They actually tried to assure us that all of these “dealer options” were *standard* for all cars they sell, and would *say* that they don’t play games or mark-up cars. However, that’s exactly what they did - they hid nearly 8000$ in markup as “dealer options”, tried to triple the price on our budget, and then had the audacity to try to tell us it was perfectly normal. On top of all of this, the salesman and manager failed to acknowledge my fiancé, who was there the entire time, but was never spoken to. When we went to leave, both addressed me by name and didn’t so much as look in her direction. We went to surprise Subaru instead and purchased our new car there. More
