Horrible experience because I brought a 2018 Alfa Romeo from here and I've been paying $800/month for my car that's still sitting in sport's durst Chrysler service center for almost a year and they have no from here and I've been paying $800/month for my car that's still sitting in sport's durst Chrysler service center for almost a year and they have not serviced my vehicle yet! I've constantly been back and forth to sport's durst trying to get them to return my vehicle back, but I keep getting the run around about it! Why does sport's durst advertise that the Customer COMES FIRST? Yet, it's been 9 months since I purchased my vehicle and I'm still paying $800/month for a vehicle they've had every since the day I purchased it? This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had! More

It is an absolute shame that mistakes and customer service shortcomings are apparently so prevalent at Sport Durst that departmental, dealership and even corporate leadership is numb to addressing it service shortcomings are apparently so prevalent at Sport Durst that departmental, dealership and even corporate leadership is numb to addressing it in a timely and definitive manner. “I’m too busy” is not an excuse for poor customer service – if you had better trained employees and made fewer mistakes, you would be less busy. But I have a feeling that problem will rectify itself when customers stop coming. It is telling that management names and contact information is omitted from their website – they do not want to hear from you. There are two types of customers at Sport Durst Hyundai; 1) Prospective customers they will tell anything to make a sale and, 2) Former customers they never want to hear from again because they already have your money. Do not reward this type of incompetence and abhorrent customer service by patronizing them. Let’s be frank, Dealerships add little to no value to the car buying process. Their only role is to complete paperwork accurately and provide local customer support for the products they sell. Sport Durst fails monumentally on both accounts. Below are just a few highlights of my horrendous experience with Sport Durst/Millennial Automotive Group. - Called sales rep (Taylor) and asked her to do walk around of vehicle to note any damage as I would be driving from 2 ½ hours to purchase a demo car. Rep indicated no damage yet when I arrived there was very visible damage to the rear bumper. - Finance Director (Dennis) misrepresented terms of CPO warranty indicating that service under the warranty had no customer copay/deductible and that the warranty period would commence from the date and mileage the vehicle was delivered to me. Both statements are inaccurate and contradicted by the CPO Warranty terms and conditions posted on Hyundai’s website and in the paper work he provided to me. Also did not sign the CPO documents and listed incorrect lienholder on sales documents. - Left repeated messages for Finance Director, Sales Manager, General Manager and even the MidAtlantic sales director for assistance in acquiring the corrected documents. No response to emails and verbal promises to provide were not followed-through. Excuse given was that they were busy and had paperwork everywhere - that's encouraging - Plates were deliver to dealership for pickup (2 1/2 hrs away) despite assurances they would be mailed to me directly. Do Not stand behind their product/service I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in November 2018. I was told that I had a 1 year maintenance program for oil changes and tire rotation. My first visi I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in November 2018. I was told that I had a 1 year maintenance program for oil changes and tire rotation. My first visit I had to remind sales that I had this program. The sales person entered it into the system. My 2nd visit I was told that I didn't have a maintenance plan again. Spoke to sales again, this time no help. Spoke to finance guy, no help! Ended up paying $135 for oil and filter change and tire rotation! Buyer beware! More

We had a wonderful experience working with Ray to buy our new Santa Fe. He went above and beyond making sure that we were happy with our decision, he answered all of our questions thoroughly, and even went new Santa Fe. He went above and beyond making sure that we were happy with our decision, he answered all of our questions thoroughly, and even went beyond his duties as a car salesman to welcome us to the Durham area and help put us in contact with people in the community who might help with jobs and other needs. He has continued to follow up with us after we made our choice to make sure we are happy. We would definitely recommend this dealership to any friends looking to purchase a car. More

We had a wonderful experience at Sport Durst! Abdul was so polite and attentive, listening to our needs and getting us exactly what we wanted. Dennis and Chuck were also extremely friendly and helpful, ans so polite and attentive, listening to our needs and getting us exactly what we wanted. My overall experience was one that was quite good considering that purchasing a car can be a hectic process. I worked with Carole Henderson in Hyundai sales. She was patient with me as we looked at t considering that purchasing a car can be a hectic process. I worked with Carole Henderson in Hyundai sales. She was patient with me as we looked at the various models of Hyundai's however I gravitated towards the Mazda product line, which she was happy to show me. I test drove two Mazda 3 vehicles and two Mazda 5 vehicles and Carole was patient through the whole process with me while I made my decision. At wheeling and dealing time, they are as helpful as they can be. I will say that they knocked a percent off my interest rate to sweeten the deal a bit which was a nice touch. That being said there is not much wiggle room off the internet prices which already include all the dealer incentives. I feel if you come in with a good trade and with those incentives you can get a good deal. I owed a little on my car so that hampered me a bit but, I was still able to get a REALLY nice iGrand Touring Mazda 3 for right around 20. Again, YMMV depending on what you are trading in and if you are putting a down payment with it. I put down a small amount to help offset the amount I owed on my car At delivery time, Elizabeth was friendly and she happily went over the details of my new vehicle with me. Dennis Koballa really stepped up to the plate when an issue came up with my down payment. Sport-Durst was 'johnny on the spot' to correct the issue. I ended up spending eight hours at the dealership and with various staff members while I finalized my deal...all were courteous and professional which made the experience all the more pleasant. The free hot dogs and nachos really helped get me through the long day! My only complaint is that they do not carry the KIA line of cars - my 2005 KIA had over 225,000 miles on it and I really wanted another one. I recommend this dealership, even if you have to drive in to see them (I did over 65 miles one way). More
