Wanted to write briefly to give my sincere thanks for service today. I got my new car from you in May (2024 Malibu RS). Today one of my tires had a bubble. I called & talked to Zac. Long story short I’m sitting here in your waiting area for my new tire. I can’t express appreciation enough for Zac getting me in today. And then to spend time with Matthew, Ajesh & Dennis were fantastic. Stanley is truly part of my family. My initial car from you was in 2022 with Bill who retired. Thanks to him & Ajesh I was a return customer. I will continue as a customer in the future. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, hospitality & service. Over the years I have always dreaded buying a vehicle because it was such a hassle. Stanley Chevrolet actually made the experience pleasant and pain free. I was greeted by Dennis D. He was very perso because it was such a hassle. Stanley Chevrolet actually made the experience pleasant and pain free. I was greeted by Dennis D. He was very personable and straightforward. He didn’t try the hard sell tactic that is common at auto dealerships. I think he could actually become a real friend. After I decided on a vehicle, the process of purchasing went very smoothly. I talked with Ajesh, the GM, and he was extremely helpful in completing the deal. Don, the finance man, was very efficient and pleasant also. I really like my new vehicle and I have found a dealership that I will consider as “my dealer” for any future purchases. It was worth the short drive to have a positive experience at an auto dealership. I highly recommend Stanley Chevrolet. I told my neighbors about how good my experience has been. Larry R. More
