I scheduled an oil change online and really appreciated the convenience of their mobile service—they picked up my vehicle, completed the ser website. The overall service was great, however, they need more help with answering phones and texts. It’s always a bit tough to speak with an actual person because of the constant phone tag. Bought used pickup from Metro Ford and 2 days later transmission went out. They replaced it for no charge. Maybe legally they had to, I t don’t know, but they did it without any hassles and even gave transmission went out. They replaced it for no charge.
