Dropped my vehicle off at 9 AM for an oil change and tire rotation then was texted that the vehicle needed an alignment showed up at 1:15 PM to be told, It was almost done and would be just a minute and sat rotation then was texted that the vehicle needed an alignment showed up at 1:15 PM to be told, It was almost done and would be just a minute and sat until 3 PM. Something that should take less than an hour with an appointment took six hours!! More

Dropped my car off on a Thursday called on Tuesday to check the status cause I hadn’t heard from anyone that hadn’t even looked at it on Friday. I still hadn’t heard from him. I showed up they couldn’t f check the status cause I hadn’t heard from anyone that hadn’t even looked at it on Friday. I still hadn’t heard from him. I showed up they couldn’t find where the rattle was coming from. I had to go to on a test drive with them. They told me I’d be ready Saturday or Monday. It was Tuesday before it was ready and when I picked it up, it was filthy. Had bird crap all over it because it was parked under a tree and left outside the whole time. The communication there is terrible and I will not bring my car back there other than oil change. More

Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 14 days, never even looked at it for 5 days could not get any answers on what they were doing or going on, noone called me. Voicemails left for service manager and facility manager, neither called me back. Was promised it would be done by 5 o clock on a wednesday, we stayed in okc all day waiting and then it wasnt done and noone called. Will never go back. More

I had a tire warranty. I called to set up an appointment for service. I showed up on time for the appointment only to find out that there was was no record of me having an I called to set up an appointment for service. I showed up on time for the appointment only to find out that there was was no record of me having an appointment an dealership never ordered the tire. So this dealership cost me a day's pay plus a 100 mile round trip for nothing. I will look elsewhere for service next time. More
