The overall service was great, however, they need more help with answering phones and texts. It’s always a bit tough to speak with an actual person because of the constant phone tag. Bought used pickup from Metro Ford and 2 days later transmission went out. They replaced it for no charge. Maybe legally they had to, I t don’t know, but they did it without any hassles and even gave transmission went out. They replaced it for no charge.
