I was very pleased with Denis’s customer focus and professionalism. Arriving at the showroom on Friday at 2:30 just to look at the car (without intending to buy it) and leaving with the car on the sam professionalism. Arriving at the showroom on Friday at 2:30 just to look at the car (without intending to buy it) and leaving with the car on the same day - this is my first such experience. Which I’m very happy about. The car really met all expectations. I have been using Lexus cars for 15 years. The service at your dealership was very good.
