Carlos, As we discussed on Saturday, we currently aren’t accepting the program due to a lack of inventory. This is the first e-mail you sent us: No thanks, let me know when you guys aren’t charging above MSRP and we will sell our Q3 and come in and buy a brand new Q5. Also you guys by any chance participating in the Audi affinity program??? Carlos Martinho Dealerships all over the state are charging over MSRP, pick out any vehicle and we will charge you MSRP. I don’t know how you can say we are being greedy when you told us when we aren’t charging over sticker you are ready to buy a car from us. You also agreed via e-mail our service is in line with our Audi dealerships, just not third parties that don’t have Audi branded certified techs. I didn't mean compared to other Audi dealers lol, I'm talking about independent German vehicle garages that have people that are certified to work on Audis, but since you are a current client we can offer you the car at MSRP. I know you aren’t happy we aren’t able to discount cars right now but it’s not fair to put a negative review due to current market conditions. You are hilarious, you can post all the comments that I sent you all you want. 1. You are still making money off of points on interest rates. 2. You still get kick backs on cars. 3. You still make money on your over priced warranties of which I purchased the glass and tires warranty. So please spare me when you tell me you guys arent making money, its just that its not enough to support the greedy dealership lifestyle. 6 years of paying for over priced service on two vehicles, even if you had offered to split the discount with me you still wouldve came out ahead as I wouldve bought two more vehicles from you and serviced them with you. So as far as not deserving a negative review, haaa sure you guys deserve it 100%. Its always been about the dealer, Ray Catena just likes to hide behind a facade that its about the customer. So being im disgusted by being your customer(victim) for years I have taken my displeasure to facebook, google reviews, dealer rater, and the Audi forums. If I could help one person not become victim to a dealership who I have shown nothing but loyalty to and none in return, then my mission is accomplished. Like I said you are a short term dealer, not a long term. Oh btw, I wrote those reviews for Rob because he asked me to, not that I wanted to. Yet another thing that I did that goes unrecognized. I honestly cant wait for the warranty to be up on her car so I never have to look back on this bad experience again. People that I considered friends over there shown me that when they got something out of me that I served my cause and was worthless. Ask Rob how many times I was called by him and asked to put in reviews for him. I did it because I cared and was loyal. You guys should learn a little about loyalty. FYI: when I bought my 2nd vehicle from you, your then sales mgr offered to give me my next vehicle at cost because of all the issues I had, something I never called you guys on and I have since switched phones and no longer have his email, but amazing when it comes to money how fast you guys forget things. Please dont make it sound like im the bad guy, because im not its you. Take care

I don’t know why you are so angry, your original request was we sell you a car at MSRP, since you’re a current client we were more than happy to oblige. You then wanted to use a program we currently opted out of, something that is 100% allowed. You now keep saying our service is overpriced when you admitted via e-mail only compared to third-party garages. I’m sorry you’re so upset but we haven’t done anything wrong. Joel seriously my agenda?? You crack me up, what exactly is my agenda?? Is it to bash a dealership I once loved??? Please dont sit here and insult me. You have no loyalty to your customers. Its all about money and greed and I wont reply any longer. How much money would you have made off of me on the 2 after market warranties I wouldve purchased?? How much money would you have made off me on service for 2 vehicles, how much would you have received on kick backs from Audi on 2 vehicles. You are the one with the agenda and thats greed. Its never enough money for you all is it?? I love how you didnt touch on the subject about one of your sales mgrs offering me a vehicle at cost minus 6% for all the issues I had on my 2nd purchase. Even if you offered me the affinity guess what I would decline because im so disgusted with your dealership, so again whats my agenda, I moved on and its beyond me ever buying a car from you. My rating will get posted on the 5th and my post on the Audi members forum has blown up with over 60 replies in one day. Like I said if I can stop one customer from falling prey to your disloyalty to us then my job is done. Im sorry you dont have enough cars to no longer rip people off but thats not my problem. You keep touching on my over priced service comment so allow me to reiterate. Your over priced service in comparison to market repairs is just that a rip off. $1500 for brakes compared to $800 nationwide, are your rotors gold? Because my new service center uses Audi genuine parts. So im done talking about your service. In all honesty I cant wait to hear what my agenda is. Oh btw im not mad one bit, im a little hurt how I did things for your service mgr and he acted like he didnt know me once I outlived my usefullness. Everyone who has replied to my post, that you guys have no loyalty towards your customers. So think long term, you wouldve given me the 6%, how much would you have made off me for all the things I mentioned previously?? So if it wasnt about greed, you would NOT have tried to gouge every penny out of us. So keep your cars, im going back to BMW. You might want to learn a little loyalty back to your customers who wouldve driven your vehicles for the rest of their lives. If I had an agenda I would called Catenas corporate head quarters and tried to push the envelope but I did not. But as its my right when someone asks me about your dealership, I have the right to tell the 1000s of customers I deal with every week to not deal with you as its my right to make my displeasure public in online forums. So in conclusion, dont even try and make this about me or my "agenda" its about you and your greed. Have a great day

Carlos, Your agenda is clear, once I said ok to selling you the vehicle at MSRP, when in your words others are selling the cars over MSRP, you then want more off the car which in today’s current market isn’t a reasonable request. When you were told No, then the negative posts started. What happened to “We have the best customer service in the world?” Now you are slandering not only our dealership but our service manager, all after you said this was no big deal etc. It’s best to agree to disagree. I didnt ask for you to reach out to me at all, not to mention after I asked you to stop sending me offers via email you still continued and leave yourself open to a class action lawsuit. Dont message me again and dont message me about either vehicke, that goes for service offers, or offers on either vehicle. Im asking you to cease all communications on both the Q3, and A4. If I receive anymore communications from your dealership I will consult with an attorney.
