First time subaru buyer. I find it hard to relate to the five star reviews. Every time I call about anything service related, I cannot get answers, only that someone will cal I find it hard to relate to the five star reviews. Overfill at oil changes, so had to make another appointment to drain some out. Now have a recall or whatever for Starklink being screwed up! Nobody cares! Sad. Have had many cars at 73 years old, but thought Subaru was suppose to be dependable. Actually afraid to attempt a 2,000 mile trip! Don't be fooled with the five star crap! More

ordered vehicle 12/2021 with accessories went to pick it up 02/2022 none of the accessories where ordered or dealer installed had to wait another week for them to be ordered and installed. Still waiting (03 up 02/2022 none of the accessories where ordered or dealer installed had to wait another week for them to be ordered and installed. Still waiting (03?2022)for 2 accessories to be installed one of which is a factory installed item. i have an extended warranty and am wondering what the service department is like. otherwise all the people that i have had contact with at the dealership have been very professional.
